Introduction for ambassadors

Welcome to Basal Basics’ ambassador program. Through this program, we enable you to recommend our products within your network and thereby receive commission. On this page, we explain how it works, what we expect from you and how to sign up as an ambassador.

Sign up

If you are interested in joining the ambassador program for Basal Basics, please register yourself for it using the registration form. It is wise to carefully review this page in advance, as well as the specific terms and conditions for ambassadors.
After application, our team will review it and ask any additional questions. Once you are accepted as an ambassador, you can log in and start canvassing potential customers for Basal Basics.

Dashboard

As an ambassador, you have access to your own account and dashboard. In there you can manage your account settings, create unique links to share with your customers, see the progress of your “referrals” and request payouts.

You can login to the dashboard using the login credentials you created when you registered.

Committee

If you are a Basal Basics ambassador, you will earn commission on every purchase made by a customer who came to us through your “referral. If a user buys a product from Basal Basics’ online store and that user gets there through the special link on your website or social media channel, our program automatically awards a set percentage commission. These percentages are as follows:

• first purchase: 20%
• every subsequent purchase: 10%

Basically, you receive the 10% commission on every subsequent purchase the user places. In addition, bonus percentages are available at higher sales ratios.

Disbursement

Every order placed through you as an ambassador is registered directly in your account. Then there is a waiting period of 40 days before the commission is finally awarded and ready for disbursement. Indeed, within this period, it is possible for the customer to cancel or return the order.
