Help your mitochondria and start now with the Basic Oils
Basic Oils
We want to provide more information about Basic Oils in this newsletter .
It is a unique combination of natural krill oil, vitamin E and Coenzyme Q10.
These oils are invaluable for mitochondria function and protection .
In last weeks’ newsletters, we discussed the role of different nutrients in mitochondrial function.
The function of mitochondria is to generate energy for our body.
Therefore, the optimal functioning of mitochondria is extremely important for our overall health.
You can read much more about this in Hans Beekmans’ booklet The Brilliantly Hidden Secret of Healthy Teeth and Good Health.
This booklet is available not only as an e-book but also as a regular booklet.
Below we take a closer look at the three essential oils:
- Krill oil, with omega 3, choline, astaxantin, and phospholipids,
- Vitamin E,
- Coenzyme Q10.
This combination was carefully chosen because, on the one hand, these three oils and their ingredients are of great importance but, on the other hand, they also reinforce each other.
For example, coenzyme Q10 is as much as 25 times better absorbed by the body when combined with krill oil.
Krill Oil
Krill oil is extracted from Euphasia Superba, a species of krill that lives around the South Pole.
These are shrimp-like sea creatures that belong to the animal plankton.
The krill is obtained in a sustainable and environmentally friendly manner.
Because of the responsible fishing method, there is no unwanted bycatch of fish or seals.
To this end, it collaborates with the World Wildlife Fund.
The shrimp owe their red color to the natural carotenoid astaxanthin, a dark red pigment they collect by eating a microscopic alga “Haematococcus pluvialis.”
Carotenoids are pigment colors found in nature.
Krill oil consists of omega 3, choline, astaxantin, and phospholipids.
Vitamin E
Vitamin E is not a single substance, but in nature and in our diet, it consists of four tocopherols and four tocotrienols.
These together are also called vitamin E complex.
The vitamin E in the Basic Oil contains the full complex of vitamin E.
Vitamin E is fat-soluble and is made from sustainable red palm oil.
Coenzyme Q10
Basic Oils contains 200 mg of ubiquinol, a biological form of coenzyme Q10.
Coenzyme Q10 is a coenzyme produced by the body itself.
After the age of 40, the production of this coenzyme decreases.
